We had a fab stay at this relaxing and upgraded hotel. There were central heating, pay television and a sitting area in the room, appreciated that. Exceptional service too.

We were there for 3 nights, overall had a such wonderful stay. That place was incredible including excellent staff and location. Positioned 10 minutes on foot from the train station. Comfy bed, beautiful bathroom and a safe, a seating area and a writing desk in the room.

Came here for 1 day, the hotel was hip new, it had exceptional location close enough to executive Sydney harbour, Sydney and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. There was an excellent bar with lots of different food, such as nibbles and afternoon tea. The staff were faultless and the pool was great. Sydney Central Business district wo n't disappoint you.

I loved this hotel, it's fairly clean and sensational. They made my stay extra special. At the cocktail bar guests were offered nibbles and afternoon tea. Service was attentive too. There was a stunning restaurant, a market and stores next door.
Wi-fi was quite slow, ugly views.

Excellent home base for exploring Sydney. Deluxe place, it has nice staff and views. Greatly enjoyed the food at their on-site restaurant Altitude. Give kudos to supervisor. We found a personal safe, central heating and a work desk in the DELUXE king room.

Great view over city. Take a look at Sydney Central Business district, it's worth it. There was a marble-lined bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and terry robes.

The venue was just walking distance from sydney observatory. We greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose Shangri-La.
